RETURN POLICY

Fire Rescue Blades Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

For commonly stocked products, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all original tags intact.

Defective Products: Due to the nature and use of this product, it will wear out. In the case of unusual wear or failure, we will offer a replacement blade. Contact us at 561-702-0653 to document the nature of the defect and determine the best remedy. It is at the sole discretion of Fire Rescue Blades Inc what qualifies as defective. We currently have a 100% satisfaction rate – we want to keep it that way!

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at 561-702-0653 and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we have received your returned item and confirmed its eligibility, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

The Fire Rescue Blades Inc. (FRB) Website is available only to residents of the U.S. over the age of 18 and can form legally binding agreements. The products and services available on the FRB Website are available only in the U.S. If you do not qualify, do not use the FRB Website. In addition, errors may result when honoring a request or order placed by you if such request or order is based on incorrect information. FRB reserves the right to update or change information and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or other errors at any time. A customer’s sole and exclusive remedy if an item purchased from the FRB Website does not fulfill the description is to return the item, in an unused condition, to FRB for a refund of the purchase price and, in FRB’s sole discretion, the shipping costs paid by customer. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the unwanted item to FRB. Because actual colors and the “look and feel” you see on the FRB Website will depend on your monitor and other technical factors, FRB cannot guarantee that any display of any product information or other data will be accurate at any time. The price of each product and service will only be confirmed by FRB upon the submission of an order by a customer. Prices provided on the FRB Website are subject to change without notice and may or may not include shipping and handling or any applicable sales taxes or customs duties.
